Grow Your Brand Through Storytelling

As the 30-year-old Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center plans to open a 4.6-acre campus in March 2020, the organization has dramatically increased engagement online, in person, on traditional media and through fundraising. In two years, we’ve grown attendance by more than 600 percent, doubled most of our followers on social, and seen a huge upsurge in media coverage and contributed revenue. Join us to discuss how finding the right stories to tell grows brand awareness, leading directly to more visitors, more funds raised, and more social and traditional media buzz.
During this Session, Attendees will:
1. Learn how storytelling (through words, photos, posts, and broadcast) defines their organization’s brand.
2. Learn how to find the right stories (through surveys, anecdotes, interviews, and more) from their visitors, attendees, students, parents, and donors.
3. Learn how telling the right stories will lead to increased engagement in person, online, in the media, and through fundraising.
