Update on the 2022 National Arts Marketing Project Conference

Dear National Arts Marketing Project Community,

Thank you for joining us throughout the years for the National Arts Marketing Project Conference (NAMPC). From in-person conferences to online sessions, I am grateful to the expertise and energy of the arts marketing community that has participated as attendees, speakers, steering committee members, and sponsors.

I am writing to let you know that we will not be organizing NAMPC this year as we conclude the Strategic Realignment Process (SRP), examine the discoveries made and feedback received, and plan for future programming and services. Next year, we will engage with you during our evaluation, planning, and programming of the National Arts Marketing Project.

The power of arts and culture lies in equitable advocacy—a way of working together that centers the needs and priorities of the field in decisions and policies that impact communities. Arts marketing and communications professionals, and your work advancing stories of artists, culture bearers, and local arts agencies, contributes significantly toward that approach.

Thank you for your passion for the arts and the amazing work you do in your communities across the country.
